REFUNDS POLICIES

1. Right of Withdrawal

1.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without having to provide any reason within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with the current legislation on consumer protection.
1.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a written communication via email to store@lamenille.com indicating:

  • Name and Surname

  • Order number

  • Product(s) to be returned

  • Date of purchase and receipt

2. Return Requirements

2.1. The Products must be returned in the following conditions:

  • Sealed and unopened, in their original packaging and with no signs of use.

  • Complete with any accessories, packaging and promotional materials received.

  • Not damaged or altered in any way.
    For hygiene and safety reasons, it is not possible to return products that have been opened, used or that no longer have the original seal.
    Each purchased product has a specific weight, which must be maintained unchanged at the time of return. If the returned product does not correspond to the original weight, the return will not be accepted and the right to a refund will be canceled. Returns are permitted only in the case in which the products are defective or not in accordance with the order.

3. Return Procedure

3.1. Once the return request has been received, L'AMENILLE® will provide instructions on how to ship the product.
3.2. The Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect product.
3.3. The return must be sent within 10 days of the approval of the request.

4. Refund

4.1. After receiving and verifying the integrity of the Product, the refund will be processed within 5 working days.
4.2. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
4.3. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the case of seller error or defective product.

5. Defective or Incorrect Products

5.1. In case of receiving a defective, damaged or incorrect Product, the Customer must report the problem within 48 hours of delivery, sending detailed photos to the email store@lamenille.com .
